Our cancelation policy is as follows: - Reservation cancelled prior to 72 hours of the arrival date:
- A voucher will be provided for a future stay, valid for 1 full year after issue date.
- Reservation cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date:
- No refund or voucher given.
- Refunds are not given for early departures.
- All guests must sign a participation and liability waiver prior to arrival.
No Refund for Early Departure Mandatory evacuations will receive a credit toward a future stay Changes to a reservation can be made once, 72 Hours or more prior to arrival with a $25 fee. You must keep the same number of days. Guest Reservation Agreement This agreement is made between Santa Rosa RV Resort ("the Resort") and the undersigned guest ("{LNAME}"). By signing this agreement, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions: - Reservation Terms
- All reservations are subject to availability and Resort policies.
- Full payment or deposit (as required) is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
- Cancellations and modifications are subject to the Resort�s cancellation policy.
- Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must comply with all Resort rules and regulations during their stay.
- The registered guest is responsible for the actions of all individuals in their party and any guests they bring onto Resort property.
- Guests agree to leave the accommodations and facilities in good condition.
- Use of Facilities
- Guests acknowledge that use of the Resort�s facilities, including but not limited to pools, recreational areas, and common spaces, is at their own risk. Guests also understand and accept the inherent risks associated with camping and outdoor environments.
- Children under 14 must be supervised at all times in Resort facilities.
- Limitation of Liability
- The Resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during the Guest�s stay.
- The Guest assumes all risks associated with their stay and use of Resort facilities.
- This agreement incorporates the limitations of liability as provided under Florida Statute 513.117, which limits the liability of recreational vehicle parks for injuries, damages, or losses occurring under specified circumstances.
- Guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the use of the pool, including but not limited to slips, falls, and other injuries. By signing this agreement, the Guest agrees to hold the Resort harmless for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the pool, beach or fishing pier.
Damages and Fees Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages to Resort property caused by the Guest or their party. Compliance with Laws Guests agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to Florida statutes governing recreational vehicle parks.
Acknowledgment of Risk
Guests acknowledge that recreational activities involve inherent risks, including potential hazards associated with outdoor environments and activities.
Speed Limits & Guest Liability
Guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the 5 MPH speed limit throughout Santa Rosa RV Resort in all vehicles, including e-scooters, bicycles, and other personal vehicles. The Resort is not responsible for any damage to property caused by these vehicles. Guests are solely responsible for ensuring the safe operation of their personal vehicles, including compliance with age requirements, use of helmets and protective gear, and appropriate training. The Resort assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from the use or operation of e-scooters, bicycles, or other personal vehicles. Failure to comply with these safety guidelines may result in removal from the Resort without refund.
Bicycles, Scooters, and Personal Vehicles: Guests acknowledge that the use of bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, and similar vehicles involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and injuries. The Resort strongly recommends the use of helmets and other appropriate protective gear at all times. Guests accept full responsibility for their choice of safety equipment and agree that the Resort shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or operation of these vehicles.
