Campsite Agreement

Campsite Agreement: By your agreement with these terms and conditions, you represent that you are 18 years or older (21 years of age if beer, wine or liquor will be available at your campsite) and that you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf of the camping party you have listed. You further agree to assume full responsibility for the acts, negligence or omissions of the members of your group while utilizing said facilities. Additionally, you agree that you have read and understand the CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICIES concerning this reservation. Failure to clean up the facility or surrounding area as outlined, or failure to comply with campground rules or state laws may result in enforcement action.
CLEAN-UP: You are required to clean up the campsite and surrounding area - returning- them to the condition you received them. Plan to have your campsite cleaned and people departed prior to the scheduled check out time of 12:00 PM. Please leave all cabin keys in the cabin upon departure.
VISITORS: All visitors (other than registered overnight campers) must depart the area by park closing time. SMOKING: Smoking is permitted outside only. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

MUSIC / NOISE: It shall be unlawful to operate or use any radio, television, stereo, musical instrument, electric generating plants, power saws, or any similar equipment in or on any area in such a manner as to create excessive noise and/or disturb other persons. Said equipment shall under no circumstance be used between the hours of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM unless an event is scheduled.
FIREWOOD: "BUY LOCAL, BURN LOCAL." Certified safe firewood is available for purchase in this campground.
ATV and speed limits: Speed limit in the campground is to not exceed 5 mph and we ask that you stay on the roads. Do not cut through grass. You must be at least 21 years of age to operate an ATV while at K River Campground. Everyone under the age of 18 must wear a helmet.
River Access and Swimming: Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, all persons understand that you assume all risks associated with accessing the river and swimming. K River Campground will not be responsible for any personal injury or wrongful death while accessing the river. Do not leave children under the age of 14 unattended in the river.
PETS: Pets are allowed, but must be on a leash. Pets shall not be left unattended outside the camping unit. Pets are prohibited in the Tree houses, Glamping Tents and the Farm House Cabin (Cabin #7), but are allowed inside the Cabins. Glamping Tents & Tree houses: Please refer to Special Instructions Policy.
RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS (INCLUDING DATE CHANGE): In order to make any modification to an existing reservation, the request must be two weeks prior to the original date. If the request is a date change, the new date must be within 6 months of the existing date. A date change must be used for the same type of facility at K River Campground. All reservation modifications must be made by calling the office at (580) 298-2442.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel a reservation, you will forfeit 100% of all reservation fees paid. All cancellations must be made by calling the Office at (580) 298-2442. REFUND POLICY: All reservations with K River Campground are 50% refundable up to 7 days prior to reservation. After the 7 days reservations are non-refundable, unless the following situations occur: • We are unable to provide your facility (or like facility) in operable condition for the date of your event. All requests for refunds must be made by calling the Office at (580) 298-2442.
REFUND POLICY: All reservations with K River Campground are 50% refundable up to 7 days prior to reservation. After the 7 days reservations are non-refundable, unless the following situations occur:
• We are unable to provide your facility (or like facility) in operable condition for the date of your event.
All requests for refunds must be made by calling the Office at (580) 298-2442.
