• Wifi & Shower Code will be emailed prior to arrival.  Ask the office at check in if you forgot the codes!
• Trash: Dumpsters have been provided for your convenience.  You are responsible for placing trash in dumpsters (no large items!)
• Visitors: Guests are welcome, just have them register at the office!
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Campfires are permitted anywhere on the ground (but please no outside firewood or digging!)
  
• Check in time is 1pm, Check out time is 11am. Rates are quoted for two people, tax not included.
• Rental Units require a fully refundable $200 security deposit upon check in. Linens (pillows, blankets, sheets, towels) are not included but are available for $25 per stay. Please give us a call if you would like us to add that convenience to your visit! We love our furry friends but unfortunately they are NOT allowed in our rental units.

• There are NO REFUNDS.
• Speed limit is 5mph throughout the park.  Please observe for the safety of our guests.
• Swimming pool is for registered guests only.  Please observe safety precautions and swim at your own risk (there are no lifeguards).  Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  
• Motorcycles or mini bikes should be used for transportation, not for pleasure riding.
• No fireworks or firearms.  Use of either is a violation of city and state ordinances.
  
• Washing or repairing vehicles must first be cleared with the office.
  
• One RV / tent / pop-up / trailer per site.  We do not allow subletting of units.
  
• Clotheslines must be down by 6pm and cannot be attached to trees / fences / poles.
  
• Rates are subject to change. If you would like to lock in a rate, the balance must be paid in full at time of reservation.
  
• Flags or yard signs that are affiliated with any political party are not permitted
  
• We are not responsible for weather damage or theft.
• Wildlife is abundant in Florida.  For any visitors that don’t belong, call animal control.
  
• Leave no trace!  Please clean your site when checking out for the next camper.
• Vehicles are required to fit on the reserved site. Any vehicles that block roads or are on other sites will be towed at the owner's expense. All campers must have a vehicle to stay at the campground.
• Electric Sites: Please utilize the electricity accordingly. 30 amp sites cannot run 50 amp units. 20 amp sites are not permitted to run A/C or high amp items.
• Firewood is available for purchase in our office and can be delivered right to your site! Please do not bring in any outside firewood.
• Site Lock: We reserve the right to change your site due to size requirements or unexpected developments. If you have your heart set on a specific spot, a $20 site lock fee is available to guarantee the site.

Pets

• Our extended dog park is provided for your furry family members!
  
• Pets should be attended to and kept on a leash at all times. Pets should be kept quiet and not left alone at any time.
  
• Enjoy the outdoors with your pets! Please do not bring them inside any Nova structures. Pick up and dispose of waste every time!
