By continuing with this booking, I agree to the following policies.

1. Cancellations 15 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $10.00 cancellation fee and the online booking fee, 8-14 days prior to arrival will be refunded 80% of the total deposit less the online booking fee. Cancellations made 7 days or less from arrival will forfeit the deposit. There is a 3 night minimum during holidays and special events. No refunds for the online reservation booking fee.
2. RV SITES: All sites are 50amp. If you are 30amp, you will need a 50/30 amp adapter. No tents allowed and only one camping unit per site. Only legitimate campers & recreational vehicles allowed, you cannot sleep in your vehicle overnight on a site. All campers/RVs must be RVIA certified. You will be asked to leave with no refund.
3. CAMPING CABINS: No smoking. No pets allowed. You must bring your own towels and toiletries. Customer is liable for any damages or excessive cleaning fees during their stay.
