RV Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservations, a $30.00 fee will be deducted from your refund if the reservation is cancelled before 30 days prior to arrival date. If you cancel after the 30 days, the deposit of $55.00 will be forfeited. Refunds or credits will not be given for early departures under any circumstances.
Rental Unit Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservations, a $75.00 fee will be deducted from your refund if the reservation is cancelled before 30 days prior to arrival date. If you cancel after the 30 days, the deposit of $150.00 will be forfeited. Refunds or credits will not be given for early departures under any circumstances.
New Deposit amounts of $55.00 for Campsites and $150.00 for Rental Units is required to make a reservation for ALL customers, no exceptions.
If you make a reservation and call to make changes to the dates you will be charged 50% of the deposit paid on the campsite or rental unit if changes are made within 30 days of the arrival date. NO CHANGES can be made within two weeks of the arrival date.
Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 pets per campsite. pets must always be on a leash 6 feet long or less unless the pet is inside guests' RV. No pet pens or fences may contain your pet. If the campground staff must pick-up pet waste the 1st offense will result in a $30.00 clean-up fee, 2nd offense you will be asked to leave the campground with NO REFUND.
Rental Units must be paid in full two weeks prior to arrival date and all units will be charged a $100.00 damage deposit that will be included in the balance owed. If the balance owed is not paid 14 days prior to the arrival, the credit card on file will be charged the remaining final payment balance authorized per your reservation deposit confirmation. Refunds will not be given after final payment is made. If the final payment has not been received by Clabough's Campground on or before 12:00pm (Eastern Time)on the due date stated above, the reservation will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. A damage deposit in the amount of $100.00 will be included in the balance owed and can now only be paid by credit card. No cash will be excepted for the damage deposit. Charges for damaged towels, blankets and sheets may be deducted from damage deposit if these linens are used for cleaning of vehicles, removal of make-up, soiled with blood, hair dye or ruined with any other liquids.
