1. Reservations & Payments
1.1 Payment in Full Required
All reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. This payment serves as your reservation deposit.
1.2 Campsite Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund minus a $15.00 handling fee per campsite.
1.3 Rental Cabin Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund minus a $15.00 handling fee per rental cabin.
1.4 Date Changes
Any change of dates is considered a cancellation and is subject to the policies above.
1.5 Group & Villa Reservations
Reservations for Villa rentals or groups of five (5) or more campsites and/or rental units are charged in full unless canceled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
1.6 No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date and fail to cancel according to policy will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
2. Minimum Stay Requirements
A two-night minimum stay is required for any reservation that includes a Friday or Saturday night.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: Sunday–Thursday: 3 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 3 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Check-Out: Rental Units: 12:00 p.m. (Noon)
Campsites: 2:00 p.m.
Early Arrivals:
Early campsite arrivals before noon may be allowed for an additional $10.00, based on availability.
4. Visitors
Visitors must register at the office, pay a $6 per adult fee, and leave the property by 10 p.m.
5. Quiet Hours
Quiet Hours are enforced from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
6. Pet Policy
Friendly dogs are welcome in the campground but not allowed in rental units.
Dogs must remain on a leash, may not be left unattended, and owners must clean up after their pets.
7. Guest Conduct & Property Rules
Guests must follow all rules posted in the office and on the grounds. Damages or excessive cleaning may incur additional charges.
8. Photography & Media Release
Guests grant permission for the resort to use photos or video taken on the property for marketing purposes.
9. Safety & Liability
Guests assume all risks associated with camping. The resort is not responsible for injuries, lost property, or weather-related interruptions.
10. Alcohol & Tobacco
Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside buildings and rental units.
11. Vehicles, Parking & Speed Limits
Speed limit is 10 mph. Only licensed drivers may operate motor vehicles on the property.
12. Site Occupancy
Guests must comply with occupancy limits listed for each campsite or rental unit.
13. Use of Website & Online Services
The resort strives for accurate pricing and availability information but cannot guarantee errors never occur.
14. Policy Changes
The resort may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting to the website.
