Terms and Conditions - Conesus Lake Campground
Our refund policy requires a 10 day notification for cancellation minus a cancellation fee.
There are no refunds for multi-day holiday weekends - Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Columbus Day.
Check in time starts at 3:00 pm. Check out time is at 11:00 am for rentals and 1:00 pm for campsites.
Camping is an outdoor activity, and we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature.
Specific sites are not guaranteed due to volume, types of sites, weather conditions and previous occupants.
The person acknowledging this terms and conditions must be over 21, and they are responsible for the actions, behavior, and activities of those registered at the site. Any and all guests must be registered and paid to enter the campground or they are considered trespassing. Please refer to the posted signs. The camping license granted is absolutely revocable at the pleasure of the management, and without refund if there is a violation of the terms and conditions below. Upon such revocation, such person and their party may be evicted, by force if necessary, and the person acknowledging shall acquit, defend, and save harmless the management in the future. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
If bringing golf cart, we must be notified prior to arrival, and we must have proof of insurance for the cart. Rentals are on first come, first serve basis. We take reservations for golf carts, boat rentals, and boat dockage. Please be aware that we have a limited amount of these for rent at any given time. Boats not docked must be stored at the boat storage area. You may not dock or moor your boat at the north side of the dock area for any reason. You may not dock or moor your boat without prior permission from the management.
Never Swim alone. A minimum of two adults, 18 years or older must be present on the pool deck whenever the swimming facilities are in use. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult during pool hours. Adults are responsible for their behavior and safety. Swimming only allowed during pool hours. Do not drink and swim. In an emergency, notify the pool attendant and call 911. Only registered guests may used the pool and lake front facilities.
Children must be accompanied by their parents at all times.
The campground speed limit is 5 mph everywhere.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, and you must clean up after your pet. Please use the designated pet facilities. We must have proof of vaccinations upon check -in! Dangerous weapons, firearms, fireworks, and machinery are prohibited in the campground. Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am. Offensive conduct or noise will result in being asked to leave the campground.
No washing of any kind is permitted at outdoor faucets. Hot water cannot be taken from the showers and bathroom buildings. Refuse, trash, and recyclables should be placed at the refuse center near the store. Dumping of any kind is prohibited and can result in a fine. Campfires must not be left unattended, and they must be extinguished at night. The camp store sells estate grown and processed fire wood. Firewood may not be introduced into the campground from a distance of more than 50 miles due to potential pest infestations. Trees must not be injured or cut down in the campground. Cutting of trees will result in damages of $500.00.
Release and Waiver Indemnity Agreement:
In consideration of this agreement, Lessee:
1. Hereby Releases, Waivers, and Discharges Lessor, its affiliates companies, and each such company's partners, officers, directors, and employees for all liability to all persons, including but not limited to, Lessee, Lessee's spouse, Lessee parents, and Lessee children, their personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore, including but, limited to be injury and property damage arising out of the use or operation of the Equipment by the Lessee or anyone using or operating same with Lessee's expressed or implied consent, whether caused by the negligence of the Lessor, its partners, or officers or directors or employees or otherwise.
2. Hereby Agrees to Indemnify and Save and hold harmless Lessor, its affiliated companies, and each such company's officers, directors and employees from any loss, liability, damage or costs that may occur due to the use or operation of the Equipment by Lessee or any other with Lessee's express or implied consent, whether caused by the negligence of the Lessor, its partners, officers, directors or employees or otherwise.
3. Hereby assumes Full Responsibility For and Risk of all bodily injury, death, and injury or property damage to all persons but not limited to Lessee, Lessee's spouse, Lessee parents, and Lessee children, arising out of the use or operation of the Equipment by Lessee or anyone using or operating same with Lessee's express or implied consent, whether caused by the negligence of Lessor, its partners, officers, directors and employees or otherwise.
A. Lessee expressed acknowledges that use of the equipment in a manner not intended by the manufacturers, not in conformity with laws and ordinances pertaining thereto, and/or not in accordance with Lesser's rules and regulations is very dangerous and the risk of serious injury and death and/or property damage
B. Lessee expressly agrees that the foregoing Release and Indemnity Waiver agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the State of New York, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance of the agreement shall notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
C. Lessee has read and voluntarily signs this release and waiver and indemnity agreement and further agrees that no oral representation, statement or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.
