You will need the following upon arrival:
1) A valid drivers license or accepted form of ID. Only the person whose name reserved the site may check-in.
2) The names of each individual that will be camping on your site.
3) The balance due for your campsite or following the terms of your Event/Venue Rental Agreement.
4) Information concerning any pet that is traveling with you as required by Ohio law (We do not have a pet fee).
CLICK HERE to sign the online Water Park & Activities Liability Waiver before your arrival to speed up the water park admission process and ensure you and your guests can participate in all the activities (archery, bb guns, etc.). Please share the link with your guests. If minors are traveling with you and not their parent or legal guardian make sure to have the parent or legal guardian fill out the Water Park & Activities Liability Waiver online. No one enters the Lake or participates in potentially dangerous activities without a properly executed waiver. Thank you for your understanding. - Remember we are a pet-friendly park and allow dog walking on a 6’ or shorter leash. Proper cleanup is required.
CAMPSITES & RENTAL UNITS:
A non-refundable deposit equal to a one night base campsite rate is required upon booking your reservation. IF YOU DO NOT CHECK IN BY 10 PM THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR RESERVATION, THE RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED WITHOUT REFUND OF DEPOSIT. If you call to tell us you will be checking in a day later, i.e. change your reservation dates the date of check in, another one night deposit will be required, which is non-refundable should you fail to check-in. The above stated deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days prior to your stay, you will be provided a credit equivalent to your deposit for use the same calendar year as your original reservation.
For Monthly Campers Only (with Monthly Campsite Use Agreement) - Electric deposit is refundable minus any electric charges owed upon your leave.
Cabins and Shed & a Bed require a 2 night minimum stay.
Campsites require a 2 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
- Your check-in time is any time between 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm for campsites and 2:00 pm - 9 pm for our cabins and shed & a bed.
- Our check out times are noon so please call ahead to see if your site is available for early check-in or a late departure, if you desire.
Please check in at the Park Office upon arrival. Between Labor Day and the Friday before Memorial Day, if our office is not open upon your arrival, your reservation packet will be pinned to the cork board (with your last name visible), please take your packet and follow the instructions inside. We do not allow set up after 10:00 p.m. If you are not able to fully set up camp upon your reserved site by that time, please park in the game room parking lot and wait until after 8:00 a.m. the following day to set up camp on your reserved site.
VENUE/EVENT RENTALS:
All Parkview Hall and Pavilion Reservations cancelled more than 90 days in advance of the scheduled event will be refunded less an administrative fee of 25% of the base rental rate. All Parkview Hall and Pavilion Reservations cancelled within 90 days of scheduled event will not be refunded the deposit.
Please check in at the Park Office upon arrival. During the off-season (October through April) if our office is not open upon your arrival, your reservation packet will be pinned to the cork board (with your last name visible), please take your packet and follow the instructions inside. We do not allow set up after 11:00 p.m. If you are not able to fully set up camp upon your reserved site by that time, please park in the game room parking lot and wait until after 7:00 a.m. the following day to set up camp on your reserved site.
Basic Site Rates includes 2 individuals camping. Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day you agree to pay an additional $10.00 per night for RV and tent site campers and $15/night for Cabin & Shed & A Bed Campsites for each additional camper on your site. All campers must be registered to your site by name.
Management reserves the right to change your reservation to a different site if necessary. We take every measure possible not to change your site but at times it might become necessary. We will make every effort to notify you prior to your arrival should this occur. If you want to camp near someone else, please mark that in the comments when booking your reservation, in case the need arises to move your site.
