Upon your arrival to the campground, please pull your camper to the right side of the road (along the wooden fence) and as far forward as possible. YOU MUST CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL AND BEFORE PROCEEDING TO YOUR SITE. ANYONE WHO FAILS TO REGISTER IN THE OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL IS CONSIDERED AN UNREGISTERED GUEST & MAY RISK BEING EVICTED FROM THE CAMPGROUND.

My signature upon arrival authorizes Rosemount RV Resort, LLC to charge my credit card for the services listed above. I understand that my credit card information will be saved to file for future use and will be used in the event there is damage to any property owned by Rosemount RV Resort, LLC, done by myself, those individuals included on my reservation, or any of my guests on my site.
You MUST stop in the office and sign your paperwork prior to proceeding to your site. Your signature will release Rosemount RV Resort, LLC, their successors, assigns, and employees of any and all liability of any and all property damage, injury, or death to myself and/or those included on my reservation and/or any guests I may have on my site. You accept full responsibility for insuring any/all of your guests are registered and signed in at the office; paid the visitor's fees, and have secured a visitor's parking pass. If you fail to sign your paperwork upon your arrival and prior to proceeding to your site, you will be considered an UNREGISTERED guests. Any unregistered guests on the grounds may be subjected to eviction from the grounds.
At its sole discretion, Rosemount RV Resort, LLC, its successors, its assigns, and/or its employees reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to evict anyone from the property for any reason and/or for violating the rules. If you and/or your guests are evicted for any reason, there will be no refunds. If you depart prior to your scheduled departure date, you will not be issued a refund.
TRAFFIC PATTERNS: For your safety and the safety of others, please follow all traffic patterns throughout the campground during your stay. Your guests must stop in the office to sign in.
FOR THOSE RENTING TENT SITES: There is water and electric on all of our tent sites. We have a 30amp electric service at all our tent sites. Please bring a 30amp to 15amp (110v) converter adapter to convert the power from a 30amp service to a 15amp service (110v plug which is similar to the standard outlets you have in your home). Due to the COVID situation, we are having a difficult time securing adapters and cannot guarantee they will be available when you arrive. We do have a limited amount available for rent in the camp store. The cost to rent an adapter is a $20.00 deposit. Your $20.00 deposit will be returned to you when you return the adapter. You must have your receipt to get your deposit returned to you (no exceptions). WE ALLOW ONE TENT PER SITE. Multiple tents require renting additional sites.
FOR THOSE RENTING CABINS: We do NOT allow pets of any kind in our cabins. Maximum capacity for any cabin is 6 people and is rated based upon 2 adults and 2 children. An additional adult is $5/night. An additional child is $3/night up to a maximum of 6 people in a cabin. Fire regulations do not allow more than 6 people per cabin. All of our cabins have Electricity; Air Conditioning; Television; a small 3/4 Refrigerator; a small microwave; a charcoal grill permanently mounted outside at each cabin site; a picnic table; a small dining table; and a fire ring. All cabins except Cabin 2 have running water (toilet and a sink with a small vanity). Cabin 2 is a rustic cabin and does not have running water. Everyone who rents a cabin must shower in the shower house. Our cabins do not have showers. The Shower house is located above the pool in the red brick building with white trim. Absolutely, no smoking in the cabins. Please be sure to dispose of your trash in the dumpsters, as we do not pick up trash.
DESCRIPTION of CABINS (Brief description of each cabin): Cabin 2 has a private bedroom with two set of twin bunk beds and a full size bed in the common area. Cabins 3 & 4 have a private bedroom with a full size bed; a loft with a full size bed; and one set of twin bunk beds located in the common area. Cabins 5 & 6 have a private bedroom with one full bed and a second private bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. We provide the cabin and mattresses for the beds. You provide all your bed linens, towels, blankets, and personal toiletries. Please bring any cooking utensils, plates, silverware, etc. We recommend bringing a cooler because the refrigerator/freezer is a only slightly larger than a dorm sized refrigerator and does not house a large amount of food. We have bundles of wood for sale for $5.00/bundle. However, if you prefer cooking with charcoal, you may bring charcoal and charcoal fluid along with you.
TRASH: We do not provide on site trash pick up nor do we pick up trash at the cabins. Please come prepared with your own trash bags. At your convenience, please dispose of your trash in the dumpsters located across the street from the fountain & near the office. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH AT YOUR SITE/CABIN WHEN YOU DEPART. BRING YOUR TRASH TO THE DUMPSTERS. We do not accept furniture, mattresses, appliances, TV's, propane tanks, and so forth.....we accept bagged household garbage only.
POOL: The pool is open for the season. Please see the pool rules below
PROPANE: Propane is typically available for purchase during the hours when maintenance staff is on the grounds and based upon their availability (typically from 10am-2pm Monday through Friday, please plan accordingly). Office staff will not close the store/office to fill propane tanks. Propane is available during the hours described above.
GOLF CARTS: Golf carts are permitted. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to operate a golf cart. It is for your safety and your child's safety, as well as the safety of other campers around you. Golf carts must be insured and proof of current insurance must be provided & on file in the office at time of arrival. Golf carts must follow the same one-way traffic patterns as other vehicles.
VISITORS: Outside visitors are permitted. However, ALL visitors to your site MUST stop in the office to register upon arrival and secure a visitor's parking pass. If you are a visitor and NOT registered in the office, you will be asked to leave. Registering in the office also allows us to account for everyone on the campground should there be a need to evacuate the campground in an emergency situation and due to insurance requirements. Everyone must have a parking pass, and it must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle at all times while on the grounds.
CAMP FIRES: You may have a small cooking fire at your campsite. Fires MUST be extinguished with water prior to leaving your site and/or checking out

We try to maintain clean and comfortable surroundings so you will camp at our resort again. For your pleasure and safety, as well as that of other guests, we ask that you observe the following:

We do make every effort to accommodate your site request. However, there may be instances where we may be forced to change your site. Site choices are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
