The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
NORWOOD CAMPGROUND RULES, REGULATIONS, AND SITE GUIDELINES:
� Speed limit is 5 MPH
� Children under 7 years of age must be supervised at all times
� Please bag all trash and immediately place the bag in one of the dumpsters
� All pets must be on a leash and please pick up after them
� Quiet hours:
§� 10pm - 8am Weekdays
§� 11pm - 8am Weekends
� No open display of alcoholic beverages, alcohol must be in a cup or koozie. Boxes, cases, cans, nor bottles may not be left out or visible.
� Intoxicated behavior is not permitted
� Only ONE RVIA Certified Camping Unit and one vehicle per site. No tent sites on RV sites. Maximum of two vehicles per site, no exceptions!
� No ATVs or mini bikes permitted on the grounds. ONLY ADULTS WITH A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE ARE PERMITTED TO OPERATE GOLF CARTS, GATORS OR OTHER SIMILAR EQUIPMENT ON THE CAMPGROUND PROPERTY.
� Everyone
must register at the office
� Campfires are permitted in fire rings, do not burn trash.
� If you are bringing a watercraft, please contact us by phone at 704.474.3800, or email at n[email protected] to communicate to us the size, type, and quantity of watercraft(s).
� Please respect your neighbor and use appropriate language/volume (Including loud music), we have lots of children and families around.
� Please refrain from using power tools or creating excessive noise so that all campers may enjoy their stay.
� All additional fees will apply at check in.
The campground cannot be responsible for injury or damage due to wind, water, fire or the negligence of you or others. Some of these rules were made by us, and some were made by our insurance company. They are made for your protection, safety, and to ensure that all have a pleasant camping experience while staying with us here at Norwood Campground. You will be asked to leave for noncompliance of any of the above rules, regulations, and/or guidelines.

Cancellation Policy: Norwood Campground does not issue refunds for the discomforts of nature, illness, injury or early departure. If you cancel your reservation, for whatever the reason, if it is at least 7 days prior to your arrival date there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival date, the cancellation fee is equal to the first night's camping fee for your reservation.
