Pet Policy *
I understand that there is a $25/pet per night charge for pets in cabins, and that pets are not allowed in the Dream Lodge, Hodge Podge Lodge, and Presidential. I also understand that pets must be cleaned up after and kept on leashes, and may not be left unattended for extended periods of time.
Reservations Policy *
I understand the following regarding RESERVATIONS: Weekends are a 2-night minimum stay and require a 1-night deposit. Discount weekends: these are pay-in-full weekends. Memorial Day & Labor Day Weekends require a 3-night minimum stay. Holiday Weekends (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and ALL 3 Halloween Weekends): Holiday Rates apply and require a 2-night deposit. Credit card deposit is required at time of making your reservation. NO sites held unless deposit is received. Number of guests: Our rates are based on a unit of 4 people; kids 3 and under are free. For each additional guest, there is a $10 charge per night. Units: 1 Unit per site – 2nd Unit pays full rate. We try our best to honor requested sites, but do not guarantee.
Cancellation Policy *
I understand the following regarding CANCELLATIONS: Deposit forfeited for non-arrival on scheduled date. Site released 12 Noon the next day. 7-day notice for camping credit. 14-day notice for cash refund. $10 cancellation fee prior to 7 days. NO REFUND or CREDIT if less than one week of scheduled arrival date. NO REFUNDS DUE TO DISCOMFORTS OF NATURE, ILLNESS, HOSPITAL EMERGENCIES, WORK SCHEDULES, OR EARLY DEPARTURES. The fun continues rain or shine!
