BAYSIDE RV PARK RULES, REGULATIONS AND CANCELLATION PROCESS
Cancellation policy: Campers must contact us with any cancellation or changes prior to 14 days of your reservation date at
701-851-0355. Reservation refunds will be processed, minus the $5.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 14 days of reservation date.
Campers please be aware if making early spring or late fall reservations, water supply may not be guaranteed if close to freezing temperature.
-ONLY 1 RV & 2 vehicles allowed per site -No ATV’s, UTVs or motorcycles allowed driving around park -Ground carpets are not allowed for more than 3 consecutive days -Air conditioners must be turned off when RV is not being occupied unless other arrangements have been made -Boats and trailers must be parked in designated area during the week -Quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am (no generators during this time) -Please try not to park on grass -No driving thru sites, please stay on the road
Fires are allowed in elevated fire rings only, NO FIRES ALLOWED ON THE GROUND. No use of pallets for firewood. Firewood for sale is provided in park. Fires must be completely extinguished before leaving site. Fire rings are not meant to be used for the disposal of litter. Camper must abide by State Fire Ban announcements.
All pets must be kept inside the camping unit or on a leash or in a kennel. Excessive barking is not allowed. Leashes may not be attached to trees, only to camper’s own equipment. CAMPERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR PETS. Owners are responsible for any damage to person or property.
No fireworks, no washing of any vehicles and no littering on premises. Trash dumpsters are provided. Absolutely no fish in dumpsters. No digging on site, and NO cutting of trees or driving of nails or any object into trees is strictly prohibited.
The speed limit in the Park is 5 mph and must be observed. No motorcycles, ATV’s and UTV’s allowed for any purpose other than access into/out of the park. Golf carts are allowed. Quiet hours will be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Generators are not to be operated during this time.
The Camper is responsible for the conduct of their day and overnight guest and shall be personally liable for any injuries or property damage arising from the actions of such guests. Camper shall be liable for all damage to the site or park property caused by Camper, Camper’s children, guests and/or invitees and shall pay for all repairs there to necessitated by the acts or omissions of Camper, Camper’s children guests and/or invitees. Parent or legal guardians are responsible for the whereabouts, actions and safety of their child(ren). All will follow state, county and federal laws.
Camper shall maintain insurance, public liability and fire, wind and other hazard insurances upon their personal property situated upon the park site and for their acts or omissions occurring while occupying the site. Camper shall keep the camp site and any and all personal property located thereon in a state of cleanliness and healthy sanitation.
Vandalism, disturbances, offensive or disorderly behavior to other campers, park personnel or management will be required to leave the premises. This will be grounds for immediate and permanent Admission Termination from the Park site without a refund. Management’s decision will be final. If management’s decision is not followed, local authorities will be contacted.
Camper shall indemnify Park and shall hold Park harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, in connection with any occupant, invitee or guest in, upon or at the Park arising out of or caused by the occupancy or use of the Park or any part thereof when the same is occasioned, wholly or in part, by an act or omission of Camper, its occupant, invitee or guest including, without limitation, any accident, injury or damage to any person or property, or by reason of Camper’s breach or default in the performance of Campers obligations under this Agreement. If the Park shall, without fault on its part, be made a part to any litigation commenced by or against Camper, the Camper shall protect and hold the Park harmless and pay all costs, expenses and attorneys/ fees incurred or paid by the section shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement. Park shall not be liable to Camper, and Camper hereby waives all claims against Park, for: any injury or damage to any person or property in or about the RV site, or any equipment becoming out of repair or for the interruption of electrical service or any other utility service to the RV site: any act or neglect of Park or of other campers or occupants or employees in the Park: or any other thing or circumstance whatsoever. All property in or about the RV Site belonging to Camper, its guests or invitees shall be there solely at the risk of Camper. If Park fails to perform any of Park’s obligation under this Agreement and, as a consequence, Camper recovers a money judgment against Park, the judgment shall be satisfied only out of the proceeds of sale (received upon execution of the judgment) of Park title in the Park, and no officer or member of the Park shall be personally liable for any deficiency.
The park has the right to refuse reservations or service to anyone.
Camping may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of park employees for violation of the above rules and regulations. Violators may be evicted from the park without refund.
